    Leigh has worked in care for 25 years. He has worked for the UK’s largest care provider, supporting live-in care services across the UK. Leigh started McDonald Homecare to provide personal support and attention to clients and their families. He is based in Petersfield, supporting local and national clients.

    HEAD OF TRAINING & DIRECTOR (Farnham)

    Sandra is Director of McDonald Homecare Farham and our in-house trainer. Sandra started her care career as a live-in carer, so knows what it takes to make it a success. She has worked in senior positions as a General Manager and is a qualified trainer and assessor.
