Visiting care may often be sufficient to meet a person’s care needs for a while. However, many people don’t realise that 24/7 live-in care can achieve far more for a person’s care and wellbeing, and at a comparable cost.
Moving Beyond Task Driven Care
At some point, visiting care will no longer be able to meets a person’s needs. There is only so much that can be achieved with two or three time-limited visits per day. Because of the time limitations of visiting care, it’s very easy for these visits to become task driven.
